On typical videos: light ≈ 45–65% of the original, balanced ≈ 22–38%, strong ≈ 10–22%. Results depend on content.
Does it change the resolution?

Is the audio affected?
Audio is re-encoded to AAC at the bitrate you choose (96–160k).
