Upload problems
Check that the filename extension matches the actual file type and that the file is not empty, corrupt or password protected. Try exporting a fresh copy from the source application.
Download problems
Keep the result page open until processing finishes. If a browser blocks the download, allow downloads for utiqo.com and try the Download button again.
OCR problems
Use a sharp, high contrast image with upright text. Crop borders and unrelated graphics. OCR accuracy varies with fonts, language, rotation and scan quality.
Privacy and temporary files
UTIQO uses temporary file processing. Read the Privacy and Security pages for the verified operational details.
